Chiropractor
Sadija Nanic
Sadija is one of the senior chiropractors at Gladesville Healthcare and brings more than a decade of clinical experience to her care. Alongside private practice, she is a Clinical Supervisor at Macquarie University, where she mentors and assesses final-year chiropractic students in both clinical and external placement settings.
With an evidence-based approach, Sadija combines hands-on treatment with rehabilitation and exercise to help patients restore movement, build capacity and get back to doing the things they enjoy. Her treatment approach may include soft tissue therapy, manual adjustments and mobilisation, dry needling, and individualised exercise programming.
Sadija completed her undergraduate chiropractic training at Macquarie University before graduating with a Master of Chiropractic in 2014. Since then, she has worked full-time in private practice while continuing her involvement with Macquarie University as a clinical supervisor and assessor.
A strong focus of Sadija’s approach is rehabilitation. Rather than simply treating symptoms, she works with each patient to understand the factors contributing to their problem and develop a practical plan to improve mobility, strength and function. Her goal is to help patients feel confident in their body and return to optimal function and performance.
Sadija enjoys working with patients across all stages of life, with particular interests in family care, pre- and post-partum management, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and care for older adults.
Whether you’re dealing with a new injury, managing a longstanding condition or looking to improve your movement and performance, Sadija takes a personalised, evidence-based approach to help you move well and stay active.
